Can I format an export file (show or event report) to include the (comments/ questions /choices) associated with the submitted leads?

If you extract submissions from a form, you do not need to configure it since the export will already have all the questions and answers in the form.

However, when you extract prospects, you will need to choose fields that are mapped to the form questions.

​

For example, if the "What is your favorite food?" question is mapped to the custom field "Favorite food".

​

You need to choose that field before exporting.
