If I deactivate or delete a user, will it affect the assets (forms, pages etc.) created/owned by that user?

By deactivating or deleting a user, you will not lose any of the assets built by that user.
However, if you are deleting a user, the system will ask you to reassign the user's Prospects. If you have OneFocus™ CRM, you can also reassign Organizations, Deals, and Tasks.
