The Challenge

Captello enrichment requires atleast a combination of 3 fields to work effectively:

First name, Last name, and Company/Title.

A minority of events, however, have badges with only first name and last name, maybe also country, without Company or Title.

The Solution

Captello allows you to prompt users to enter Company or Job Title upon scanning, and also make it required.

When a badge with insuffecient information is scanned, you can either:

• Add a prompt with optional input

• Add a prompt with required input

  You cannot do a combination of both. If required fields are added, any selected optional fields will not be considered in the prompt.

The following examples show the setting in action:

Job title is selected as optional, company selected as required (Job title will not be on the prompt).	Result after scanning: Prompt to enter Company as a required field.
Both company and job title are selected as optional, while nothing is selected in required.	Both company and job title are shown as optional inputs, where the user can skip if needed.

Another Setting to Keep in Mind

Under the form properties, a setting is there to require fields for manual enrichment (when the 'Enrich' button is tapped on the form).

Exmple of enrichment button is tapped:
